You can Reply to a Customer only if they provide an email
Here is how to do it. First, Select the VideoForm

Click on Replies Tab

Here you can see list of all replies that you have received to your VideoForm
You can click on the contacts tab to view their responses

Click on Reply button to send a reply

You can send your video reply & provide options to your customer to respond back

When you click on reply, your VideoForm with be sent to the customer

Here is the how your customers will see your email when you send a reply (the image will be from your VideoForm)
