What's Inside

Are you looking for perfect emails to send for your recruiting needs?

These recruitment sales email templates are just what you need.

With hundreds of emails sent every minute, it is important to get yours to stand out.

There is a tough chance of getting a reply, but we'll help you get there.

To help you, I have created some recruitment sales email templates that get 40-50% response rates.  It will engage the passive candidates. Let's dive in…

5 Tips to Write a Great Recruiting Email

Writing effective emails is an equal part of art and science. Here are some steps I've developed after observing thousands of recruitment emails.

    1) Personalization

As you are competing with thousands of emails, to get the attention, personalize it.  Make sure to go through the candidate's social profiles and subtly mention them in the email.

    2) Catchy Subject Lines

The subject line of your email is the essential part. It determines whether or not someone will read any further. If you have a catchy and attractive subject line that intrigues them enough.  Candidates are more likely to read on than to skim over an uninteresting one.

    3) Keep it simple

When you are writing the email, make sure the email is easily readable. Just because it sounds fancy, don't use long sentences. To get the attention of the reader, you only have fleeting seconds.

    4) Include CTA

Including a single call to action for a higher response rate is essential. Make it super simple and align it with your core message. Ask them to prepare a resume or ask when they have their slot open in the calendar should do the trick.

    5) Evoke Emotion

Your emails must evoke emotion in the candidate's mind. Don't be direct about what you want but tell them that they are missing and what you are offering.
