2) Catchy Subject Lines
The subject line of your email is the essential part. It determines whether or not someone will read any further. If you have a catchy and attractive subject line that intrigues them enough. Candidates are more likely to read on than to skim over an uninteresting one.
3) Keep it simple
When you are writing the email, make sure the email is easily readable. Just because it sounds fancy, don't use long sentences. To get the attention of the reader, you only have fleeting seconds.
4) Include CTA
Including a single call to action for a higher response rate is essential. Make it super simple and align it with your core message. Ask them to prepare a resume or ask when they have their slot open in the calendar should do the trick.
5) Evoke Emotion
