A decision maker is someone who has the authority to make decisions about a company.
Decision makers have the power and resources to influence key aspects of an organization, including budgeting, hiring employees or contractors, securing capital for investments in equipment and more.
A senior executive may be a decision maker at their own company as well as on boards of other organizations where they are directors.
