A document that records the purchase of goods or services is an Invoice.
This can be one item, multiple items, and/or other materials.
What does Sales Invoice include?
The date of sale; what was purchased such as quantity and product name; description if something else was sold with your order ie gift cards or documents delivered electronically;
Why do you need Invoice when Selling Online?
To prove they have legal ownership of the company's assets - essentially proving who owns the business. How do we use invoices in our company? They're used to identify the business's assets and ensure they're being appropriately used.
