What are Sales KPIs?
Sales KPI: Measurement used in performance management to track success rates and other metrics that reflect how well an organization's staff works with customers or clients ; closes sales ; makes deals ; wins bids.
- Closing Rate : The percentage of all opportunities where particular actions were taken by a certain time period (i.e., "closing rate for opportunities")
- Closes Sales : Closing any sale at hand, resulting in revenue being generated from this transaction
- Makes Deals : When something is agreed upon between two parties involved - usually both sides get what they want out of the deal
